ZX77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ZX77 website at zx77.fun, downloading or using the ZX77 mobile app, or registering an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ZX77 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered through ZX77, including sports betting, Live Casino, Slots, Casino games, the VIP programme and any promotions or bonuses offered from time to time. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with ZX77.

ZX77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration

To use ZX77's paid services — including placing bets, depositing funds, playing casino games or claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You must keep this information current and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. ZX77 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where those credentials were shared or negligently handled.

ZX77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide required verification documents may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3Age Verification

ZX77 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on ZX77. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on ZX77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZX77 supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan:

• JazzCash — direct wallet deposit using your registered JazzCash mobile number
• Easypaisa — direct wallet deposit using your registered Easypaisa account
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via the Raast payment infrastructure
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from your bank account in PKR
• Debit and Credit Cards — Pakistani-issued debit and credit cards
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet providers

Deposits are credited to your ZX77 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. Processing times depend on the payment method used — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically near-instant. ZX77 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. ZX77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, ZX77 reserves the right to suspend the account and return the funds.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ZX77 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are issued in PKR directly to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa wallet, bank account or other registered payment method.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, ZX77 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is not a reflection on your account status. Providing the requested documents promptly will avoid delays.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard processing windows displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• ZX77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts or where account activity has been flagged for review.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only funds that have completed the applicable wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• ZX77 does not charge withdrawal fees on our end. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges for incoming transfers.

If you have deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals may be split proportionally across those methods. ZX77 will communicate the withdrawal routing in such cases.

6Bonuses & Promotions

ZX77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, free spins on Slots and sports betting promotions tied to major events such as PSL and T20 World Cup matches.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual offer:

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the specific offer. Unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering at the end of the stated period will be removed from the account.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.
• ZX77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Players who ZX77 believes are abusing bonuses — through matched betting, arbitrage or any systematic exploitation — may have their bonuses revoked and their accounts reviewed.

7Betting Rules

ZX77's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other major sports. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once you have confirmed a bet on ZX77, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the market is specifically offered with a cash-out or edit option.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. ZX77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, for example when a wicket falls or a significant event changes the match situation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, bets will be settled according to the rules for that specific market — typically void and stakes returned, unless alternative rules are stated for that event type.
• ZX77 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error, where match-fixing or irregular betting patterns are suspected, or where system errors caused incorrect pricing.
• Each-way betting, accumulator bets and other compound bet types are subject to their own specific rules, which are displayed at the time of placement.

Cricket betting on ZX77 includes ball-by-ball in-play markets during live matches. These markets update in real time and suspension of markets during live play is a normal part of in-play betting operations, not an error.

8Casino & Slots

ZX77's Live Casino, Slots and Casino sections are provided in partnership with third-party game providers. The rules specific to each game — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, maximum wins and bonus game mechanics — are governed by the individual game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game.

• Live Casino games are streamed in real time with human dealers. Connection interruptions during a live game hand or spin do not automatically result in a void — ZX77 will apply the result that was determined on the server side at the time of the interruption.
• Slots are random number generator (RNG) certified games. Results are independently determined and ZX77 does not influence slot outcomes.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions. Exclusions and contribution rates are stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZX77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account on ZX77.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots or scripting tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or sports betting.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting or irregular wagering activity.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Any attempt to launder funds through the ZX77 platform.

ZX77 employs active monitoring for suspicious activity. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited in full.

10Account Suspension & Closure

ZX77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Suspicious betting patterns or account activity that warrants review.
• Duplicate account detection.
• At the player's own request — for example, as part of self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, ZX77 will notify the account holder by email. If the investigation is resolved in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ZX77 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal following standard verification procedures.

11Responsible Gaming

• ZX77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses beyond the value of funds held in the player's account at the time of the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits ZX77's liability for matters where liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14Changes to These Terms

ZX77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players of significant changes by email.

Continued use of the ZX77 platform after updated terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
